Do you have any spare time that you could donate to Operation Heart Start?

Are you interested in meeting new people and learning new skills?

Then why not consider becoming part of our invaluable volunteer team?

Volunteers are an integral part of our charity that support our vital work in many ways. The dedication and commitment of our volunteers helps us to save lives from cardiac arrest.

We are always looking for reliable, enthusiastic people to join our team of volunteers. Volunteering with us is flexible and we have a range of roles available.

Volunteer roles currently available include:

  • Group talks
  • Fundrasing
  • Events
  • One-off volunteering

We are always looking for individuals to undertake community CPR training sessions.

Are you passionate about saving lives and sharing awareness of CPR in your community?

As a volunteer trainer you can empower people of all ages, from all walks of life, with the skills they need to save someone’s life.

You don’t need to have a medical background – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide you with the training you need to show people how to do CPR with confidence.

You’ll need to complete a Disclosure Scotland check, and we’ll give you an induction, training and volunteer identification.

If you enjoy meeting new people and want to help save lives in your area, we’d like to hear from you.
